FO2PDFSerializer

Somehow this file got messed up in CVS (it lost most of its carriage returns).
It fails to compile.  I had a fix for this, but I don't have sufficient Karma
to commit it.

I have no problems with it. Try to remove FO2PDFSerializer.java and redo
a 'cvs upd' (I've made it that way to test it and it seems to be ok)
