This is now covered on the MCP server page (https://camel.apache.org/manual/camel-jbang-mcp.html): the "Using java -jar (no JBang needed)" section documents downloading the camel-jbang-mcp uber-JAR (runner classifier) from Maven Central and running it with java -jar, for both STDIO and HTTP transports (added together with the camel mcp CLI command, CAMEL-23852, 4.22.0). The bin-zip idea is covered by the existing camel-launcher distribution: mcp is a first-class CLI plugin (since 4.21.0), so camel mcp works from the launcher distro without JBang. Closing as Fixed for 4.22.0.
