Question about configuration
I have a question about how to configure Tomcat with Xalan in the Tomcat.bat
it contains the following:
set cp=%CLASSPATH%
set CLASSPATH=.
set CLASSPATH=%TOMCAT_HOME%\classes
set CLASSPATH=%CLASSPATH%;%TOMCAT_HOME%\lib\webserver.jar
set CLASSPATH=%CLASSPATH%;%TOMCAT_HOME%\lib\jasper.jar
set CLASSPATH=%CLASSPATH%;%TOMCAT_HOME%\lib\xml.jar
set CLASSPATH=%CLASSPATH%;%TOMCAT_HOME%\lib\servlet.jar
set CLASSPATH=%CLASSPATH%;%JAVA_HOME%\lib\tools.jar
Now my question is about the xml.jar that is defined here. Should I replace
it with the xalan.jar and xerces.jar or should I just add the following:
set
CLASSPATH=%CLASSPATH%;d:\xalan-j_1_2_2\xalan.jar;d:\xalan-j_1_2_2\xerces.jar
