When trying to upgrade from 1.2.14 to 1.2.15, maven is unable to get the
required jms artifacts required for this new version.

This issue can already be seen logged here:

http://issues.appfuse.org/browse/APF-867

There already exists a work-around, but I would think that the developers of
log4j would want to help push the fix of this issue since Maven is such a key
development tool.  Making maven work seamleassly with log4j versions is
imperitive for the development community to easily and quickly transition to
new versions of the product.

If this is considered a "Maven" issue and it is not desired to push the fix
from this end, that is unfortunate but understandable.
