MRUNIT-54: Driver.runTest throws RuntimeException should it throw AssertionError?

Jim, Jarek, and myself all feel we should change RuntimeException to
AssertionError. If someone is expecting RuntimeException this would be
backwards incompatible. If there is dissent, let it be known.
