A Deployer issue

Hi

I am new to user list. I have a question on deployer.

If we deploy two web applications with same web context, deployer says that
both are successfully
deployed. However, if we see the server log, it says that the second
application is not deployed at all.

My question is there any way to make deployer to fail the deployment of
second application as in the case of other application servers?
