Glassfish 2.1

I'm trying to get ofbiz deployed on glassfish 2.1 but one of the files
required, the domain.xml.patch file is no longer distributed.  I'm unable to
find this patch file anywhere on the net but the steps to get ofbiz deployed
on glassfish requires it and it will fail part of the build process.  Has
anyone successfully deployed ofbiz to glassfish lately?
