Actually, there is no problem
You seems to be behind the proxy (port 1935 is closed and proxy is set up to wait 30 seconds before close the connection)
you need to 
1) re-configure the proxy
and/or
2) modify rtmp port to 5080 in config.xml
and/or
3) modify Openlaszlo code to display message you are requesting for :)
