Marking this as an enhancement for 1.2.1. We should be switching to the 
command-based RequestProcessor soon, and we can consider this change in that 
context. We've been seeing a lot of issues specific to file uploading. Perhaps 
we need a specialized request processor catalog for applications that utilize 
file uploading.
