   We did not end up discovering a workaround and instead targeted the SDK for
   Android 9 which runs just fine on Android 10, this allowed for the app to
   use the cordova.InAppBrowser.open call just fine, however we've never
   needed to use the location parameter, not sure this plays into it at all as
   far as your issue goes. We ended up changing every window.open call that we
   used to use, to use the cordova.InAppBrowser.open function instead and all
   was good to go. We also do not specify the Cordova InAppBrowser plugin
   version so it always uses the latest, the last compile we ran using this
   particular plugin was sometime ago in 2020 now.
