[CANCELLED][VOTE] Release Apache Sling Testing Clients version 3.0.8

Hi all.

Following the discussion in the comments on
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SLING-11124 I decided to cancel this
release and will soon start a vote again with a new version.
