Exception while invoking webservice..(exception at org.apache.axis.client.Call.invoke(Call.java:1622) )

hi,

i have created a webservice out of a remedy form and a
client using axis. 
When the create method is called, i get an exception :
MessageText: Required element expected in the input
XML document
AppendedText: <Description>

The call to webservice works perfectly fine if i use a
dotnet client.
i have tried changing the input mapping for the method
in the webservice, still i get the same exception.

Anyone pls let me know if you have a solution to this.
