Event based model

Hi
Does anyone have any guidelines to using the Event Based approach to parsing
the spreadsheet
I'm puzzled as to how I know which sheet the cell references are in when you
pick up things like NumberRecord and FormulaRecord
I'm looking for named sheets which must conform to a predetermined format
for importing data
