There is no KEYS file on the ASF mirror.
The link to the KEYS on the download page is broken.
Please ensure that the KEYS file is added to

http://www.apache.org/dist/db/jdo/

Note: since this will be saved to the archive server, please ensure that keys are never removed from the file, otherwise it won't be possible to check sigs for older releases.

There is already a file at
http://archive.apache.org/dist/db/jdo/
which can be used as a basis for the new one.
