Resolution: Fixed
Problem has been solved without any change. Probably due to previous problems in the background scan in Netbeans 11.1.

This can be verified because this method doesn't have usages in the call hierarchy (also no plus sign), while this method still has some usages (can be found by usages option). One should expect that the usages of a method also can be found at this method in the call hierarchy.
