Attached is FO code that used to render correctly with revision 603968 ( https://svn.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi?view=rev&rev=603968 ), not
working in 0.95.

Thank you for your bug report and the concise example. This bug has been fixed
in revision 739376 ( https://svn.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi?view=rev&rev=739376 ) of the Trunk and the fix will be available in the next
release of FOP.
