WAR task does not include empty dirs?

Hey all -

For some reason i was under the impression that the war task would war
up any empty directories as well (since there is no attribute to
indicate otherwise), but my empty directories do not get included in
the resulting war file. :(

I'm using Ant 1.5.3 on a Win2k box as well as an AIX box.
