I thought we already do it this way, BUT IIRC we decided Lenya 1.2 is
based on cocoon-2.1.4.

However, I think the release process is a never ending discussion.

Michi, I send out an announcement of the final1 release with a call for
not checking in things anymore.

I have (If I want to role the archives) to review and test all the new
stuff (even the libraries) for side effects. Exchanging libraries so
short before the release can cause regression and defers the release
even more.
