[Vote] new committer: Florent André
I propose Florent André to become a new committer.
Florent first appeared on the dev list around 07. 2008.
He wrote 125 mails to the user and 67 mails to the dev list.
He participated in 2 bugzilla discussions and did some documentation
on wiki.
At: http://wiki.apache.org/lenya/ModulesIdeas he provides two modules
and he organizes the next Lenya meeting in Bordeaux.

We are generally following the procedure at:
