Addition to project build.xml

Hi,

After getting some mail and seeing how difficult it is to
propogate changes after changing a project XML schema I
made some changes to the project build.xml file.

It now has a target 'project' that can be run after
you make changes to your project XML schema and it
will take care of everything for you.

You can find the new build.xml file here:

It is a drop in replacement and will be in the next TDK
but I know that some people need it now. Hope this helps.
