org.apache.nutch.analysis.lang

The API docs show a class like "org.apache.nutch.analysis.lang"  but i can
not reach it from source.

I also couldn't find analysis.lang class in Nutch-0.9 jar.

Is it a plugin or something that must be downloaded.

Is anyone know how can i use this class?

then what's the plugin/analysis-de and plugin/analysis-fr for?it's not in
the Hierarchy

That is in the languageidentifier plugin.  Look under 
plugin/languageidentifier/src/java.
