I have checked in a fix to buildsdk.cmd and updated README.4src.  I have removed the debug libraries for the dependencies (I believe they're already omitted from the Unix builds.)  I changed the build to require only JAVA_HOME as it was also using JAVA_INCLUDE.  Since the APR build requires a check-out into parallel directories all APR dependencies can be found via APR_HOME.
