Install on Mac OS X - error: can not guess host type
Installing Apache 2.0.35 on Mac OS X.
I'm getting this error when running the configure script:
checking host system type... configure: error: can not guess host type; you
must specify one
But at the beginning of the configure output, I see the message:
checking host system type... host is : powerpc-apple-darwin5.4
which is correct.
Thanks for any assistance,,
Bill Albert
