    Resolution: Fixed

added static convenience method to include setting combiner
added with,set,getCombiner methods
added equivalent mapred ReducePhaseRunner private inner class for combiner, reducing, unfortunately cannot use the same class due to difference in interfaces. Probably could use a strategy pattern and generalize part of the code but this whole api will be deprecated in a few months, not worth the effort
