[OT] dependency injection within constraint validators

hi @ all,

fyi:
now we have implementations for the following dependency injection
frameworks:
 - guice: simo implemented it in our sandbox
 - cdi: i implemented it in the bv-module of myfaces codi (the module is
independent of jsf).
 - spring 3: i implemented it as add-on for myfaces extval (the add-on
depends on jsf)
