> When we added the add/removeStreamThread() APIs to Streams, we implemented a cache resizer to adjust the allocated cache memory per thread accordingly. We could expose that to users as a public API to let them dynamically increase/decrease the amount of memory for the Streams cache (ie cache.max.bytes.buffering).
