I think that before you opened all these JIRAs you should have established whether this is a fit for MLlib. Please read: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/SPARK/Contributing+to+Spark

Some of these are of enough use, maybe, to be included, but they can start in a separate repo. Some I am not sure about myself. Please let's back up before opening more
