FW: '--targets' option for svn subcommands
Maybe the dev list knows, since no answer (as of yet) on the users list.
Plus I think this fits the dev list more.

Oversight, I'm sure. There's no technical reason for this. Should be
simply to fix, too -- just add svn_cl__targets_opt to the relevants
sections of the svn_cl__cmd_table in clients/cmdline/main.c.
