Oliver Heger resolved CONFIGURATION-389.

    Resolution: Fixed

Support for ini files was added to DefaultConfigurationBuilder. I left ConfigurationFactory as it is because it is a dead end anyway (it is intended to be replaced by DefaultConfigurationBuilder).
