+Steps to reproduce:+
* Install Ranger with Oracle DB
* Login to policy admin
* Go to Audit --> Access Tab.
* Click on any policy id.

Expected result: Pop-up showing read-only view of polic
Actual result: It is redirecting to `Page Not Found` page.
