I don't know maven; had to look up "maven artefacts with classifier". Directions said mark issue with 11.3:11.3, so I did. Feel free to postpone. I suspect someone knowledgeable could simply say "go there, do this", I wouldn't mind implementing a fix with some expert direction. I'll see about a simple example...
Considering NETBEANS-3730, that fix is up to a 3rd party. NETBEANS-3104 isn't enough to fix the problem.
