Missing Post Data??

I just upgraded my dev server to 4.0.3-LE with jdk 1.4 (redhat linux) and
apache 1.3.24

None of the data from my POSTed forms are making it through! All the
parameters are being read as null.

Any ideas? This has been working for a year now, and I didn't change any
code. Just recompiled with jdk 1.4 and put it on 4.0.3. It works with tomcat
4.0.1 and jdk 1.3.
