[jira] [Updated] (TEZ-4017) Support proper AM failover on DAG with concurrent edge

Yingda Chen updated TEZ-4017:
-----------------------------
    Description:
This is an umbrella task for feature TEZ-3997.

Initial support for concurrent edge in TEZ-3998 will make DAG with concurrent edge unrecoverable for simplicity. This task is to track refinement on that naive implementation/workaround.

This shall include design for fully functional recovery (for example, making the entire sub-graph connected by concurrent edge a a failure region) and implementation.
