https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-7073 is already fixed as part of https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/8376 (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-7130) in 2.14.0.
This adds a unit test to verify that both the "underlying" datum for a specific record and a joda logical type can be converted to a Beam row.
