It is observed that RMAppImpl and RMAppAttemptImpl does not have hashcode() and equals() implementations. These state objects should override these implementations.

# For RMAppImpl, we can use of ApplicationId#hashcode and ApplicationId#equals.
# Similarly, RMAppAttemptImpl, ApplicationAttemptId#hashcode and ApplicationAttemptId#equals
