[jira] Created: (TS-459) Suboptimal Debug statements in Cache.cc

Suboptimal Debug statements in Cache.cc
---------------------------------------

                 Key: TS-459
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TS-459
             Project: Traffic Server
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Cache
            Reporter: Leif Hedstrom
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: 2.1.4

There are a couple of Debug() statements in Cache.cc, which as far as I can tell will cause us to snprintf() a string even if we don't have the tracers enabled.
