[ANNOUNCE] Apache Streams 0.1-incubating release

I'm pleased to announce immediate availability of streams 0.1-incubating.

Download links to the source code are available from
http://streams.incubator.apache.org.

The release is tagged in git as streams-project-0.1-incubating.  There were
a few commits which went into master prior to branching for release
preparation, so the release has to be rebased onto master with a manual
merge of the root pom.  Please note that the master version is now
0.2-incubating-SNAPSHOT.

To everyone who has contributed to and supported the project to get us to
this point, THANK YOU.

The next release cycle should be much faster now that everything is in
place.  I for one am prepared to commit to cutting a new release every 3-4
weeks in 2015, but if anyone else wants to pull the trigger on a release
I'll be happy to help them through the process!
