[dbcp] dbcp2 build WAS [continuum] BUILD FAILURE: Apache Commons - Commons DBCP - Default Maven 2 Build Definition (Java 1.6)

Looks like this is fixed now.  I changed the maven build to depend
on pool2 snapshot and Continuum seems to be able to find the locally
installed snap.  I also changed the Ant build and Gump metadata, so
Gump appears happy for now as well.

To build dbcp2 using maven, you need to first install a pool2
snapshot locally.  Run "mvn install" from pool trunk to do that or
update the snap when the pool code changes.  The dbcp2 Ant build
needs the location of the pool2 jar, which in
build.properties.sample is set to the local maven repo location
where maven will install it.
