Wilfred Spiegelenburg resolved YUNIKORN-87.
-------------------------------------------
    Fix Version/s: 0.8
       Resolution: Fixed

Changes pushed to master and branch-0.8

{{go mod}} for both point to the same commit for the core and SI.

When we tag the release we need to fix that for both dependency and also in core for SI

> In the current scheduling cycle we do not take into account predicates. This result in reservations that might never be full filled as the node taints do not match the pod.
> Reservation quality can be improved by looking at predicates when deciding to make a reservation and not make a reservation if the predicates do not match
