   I don't have a strong opinion either way on this one... I think there's value in showing sequential releases... E.g.: a 2.18.0 release and 2.18.1 release 2 days later is interesting context for users. I understand the worry about driving users to versions we don't want them using though. 
   
   Edit: I switched it back since Matt explained more about the purpose being a "News Feed" instead of a "Recent Releases". I think in a news feed it makes more sense to show every release even if there are multiple entries per component. For a recent releases I think 1 per component makes more sense.
