HI Min,
I think we should fix either of these:
1.Since the template downloaded to s3 is the vmware template, System VMs deployement process/deployement planner should choose a zone which has vmware cluster. By looking at the logs I could say that it simply tried to deploy system vms in zone1 which does not have any vmware cluster.
OR
2.In UI we should make adding NFS cache store as mandatory instead of optional.
