moving old editor/admin urls to /roller-ui/

okay folks, last chance to speak up about all the cleanup work that's 
been happening with the Roller web files.  i've moved most of the easy 
stuff so far, but now it's time to move the bigger pieces.

next i'm going to move all the editor/admin urls to their new location 
under /roller-ui/.  speak up now if you have any objections, concerns, 
thoughts about this.

this is the plan ...

/editor/*  -->  /roller-ui/authoring/*

/admin/*  -->  /roller-ui/admin/*

basically just changing around struts mappings, but i'll have to go into 
a lot of jsps and change urls.
