New JMS Compliance JIRAs

Hi All,

I have raised a few JMS compliance related items in JIRA today - off the
back of my knowledge of the code base as it currently stands.

(See QPID-101, 102, 103).

Sadly, there are sure to be more :-(

Wanted to highlight these items as they do, imho, offer a good opportunity
to get familiar with the java client code. Please do opt in (assign to self)
if you'd like to work on them.

There are other items already in JIRA, though these are a little more
complex afaik.

I'll probably look at these next once I'm done on the examples etc.
