FW: Advert police strikes again

You're doing some work on the web site right now, right? Would 
you mind adding an advertisement for ApacheCon 2003 on the site 
somewhere - either in an Announcements section or in the left
navigation bar (see example below)?

Aside from the fact that there will be a talk on XMLBeans at 
ApacheCon (which might be a good thing to specifically mention
in the announcement), it is important to the ASF to make as many
people aware of the conference as possible.  Here are a few 
examples:

http://cocoon.apache.org/
http://ws.apache.org/

See Tetsuya's post below (from the community list) for an over-
the-top example; but he's also been kind enough to include a code 
snippet that might be helpful.
