Jira is not (yet) LDAP aware and has not a clue who the Lucene PMC are,

If you want, I can create a scheme that utilises the 'PMC Role' in your jiras permissions scheme.

You will then be able to add/remove people at will to who can see security issues by adding/removing people from your Jira projects PMC Role.

Make sense?
