    Description: whith regionalization the UI into french french(fr) while keying a payment over 999 (a thousand) the head interface insert a   space (not a blank space) if updating id done number is change to the first number before space. Change the UI to english and doesn't occur anymore, move to French(Belgium) and it fix it. How can change this for the French (Fr) French. ( Help would also be appreciate for configuring the ledger...)
