There is a null pointer exception in the yarn application log file.

*root cause:*

When SparkEnv has not been initialized, the log thread executes the SparkEnv.get operation first, causing NPE problems.

*fix design:*

When SparkEnv.get is executed, it will cause a null pointer exception. If SparkEnv cannot be obtained, the new org.apache.hadoop.conf.Configuration object will be ** used.
