Volunteer for Apache MADlib v1.14 release manager

Hi MADlibers,

I would like to volunteer for the release manager role for the
upcoming Apache MADlib v1.14 release. I've been working on MADlib for the
past half year and I really enjoy they way MADlib interacts with the
community. I would like to contribute more in the future.

If allowed to serve in this role, I will need some help on github from
MADlib committers. Please let me know your ideas about this volunteer
request. Thank you very much!

Regards,
Jingyi Mei
