Comment system on online doc

Hi,

the online doc used to have a comment system where users could add some 
additional information, clarification and/or propose 
improvement/correction of the doc.

However, the underlying system has been down for about 10 months now.

Is there any way to help to get it back?
Is there any way to get the comments that were already recorded?
Should we switch to another equivalent functionality?

IMHO, such functionality was really helpful.

This is really sad that it is not available anymore.
