Reason:

On Service page(Same as Dashboard page) first load, we did not load HostsMapper, so the publicHostname of NN/sNN links are empty (at this time no tooltip would show up if hover on 'NameNode' link on Services page), 
resulting in the NameNode/SNameNode links are all invalid, so if click on 'NameNode link', just redirected to the all Hosts page.
